One of the most sumptuous designs of the living room is the 1950s wing chairs by Melchiorre Bega, which were upholstered in a Lelievre fabric in vivid red tones. In addition to these velvet chairs, there’s also face armchairs by Emiel Veranneman and a stunning cocktail table by Frederik Schriever-Abeln, both designs representing the 60s.

In regards to lighting, the living room features custom-made floor lamps by Didier Bazille. An extraordinary paiting by Philippe Garouste de Clauzade is positioned above an Art Nouveau wood mantelpiece. Lastly, the stools are late 19th-century styled while the remarkable kilim is Turkish.

The mid-century modern style has gained a lot of popularity in the last few years, especially due to its simplicity and organic touch. Clean lines as well as pure and sleek forms are also charactertistics from this design style, which are often enhanced by innovative accents and original art elements.
