NOGLU is a boutique restaurant chain with a ‘gourmet gluten-free’ philosophy and a brand new selling point has just opened its doors in the french capital. The restaurant interiors were completed by French designer Mathieu Lehanneur and couldn’t be more inviting. Take a look and find where to go in Paris this weekend.

Located in the 7th arrondissement, this space houses the brand’s flagship café-restaurant-pâtisserie. The design offers local residents and visiting tourist the opportunity to discover gluten-free dishes and pastries within a welcoming environment that blends contemporary style with comfort and coziness.
Mathieu Lehanneur based his concept on the brand’s principles, incorporating natural elements such as marble and quartz in order to suggest purity and wholesomeness. On the other hand, in order to create a sense of indulgence, soft tactile furnishings with pale, gray velvet cushions were added.
The terrazzo-topped tables and bar aim to make visitors feel relaxed and at home. With high ceilings, white walls in a striated finish, a powder pink salon and handwritten messages on the walls, this cafe ensures their gluten-free message is heard loud and clear.
