We already knew Paris as the fashion capital of the world, but now it is official. The French capital is opening a new gallery to house the permanent collections at Palais Galliera, aptly named “The Gabrielle Chanel Rooms”. Exhibition rooms – resulting of a 7,211 square foot space – are to be created in the Palais’s basement area, with the support of the City of Paris and the exclusive sponsorship of Chanel.
