More glam, more style, more ‘WHAAAM’ and at the same time a cozy nest for the whole family. With this briefing, we have given the house what we think is a pretty casual mix of glam and naturalness.

All five floors including a total of 156 elegant rooms and luxurious suites, suffered a relook, gaining an exciting new style that combines precious fabrics and international design ideas. BRABBU was one of the brands whose pieces were specified for this project. The design chosen was Nº20 Armchair.

The priority was to make the kitchen the focus and the central gathering place in the apartment. The kitchen was intended as the place where the family and friends should meet and hang out. The room that formerly housed the kitchen became a teen’s modern bedroom complete with custom built-in cabinetry. The living room and dining room were also swapped and all rooms were newly furnished. This process allowed for the interspersing of modern design classics to compliment valuable and cherished antiques. In all rooms, custom closets were integrated and an additional separate dressing room was included.

Redesign of a room in a 5 room apartment in Hamburg. The family wanted a coherent design concept with a “double bottom”. Because the room should be used both as a study and as a guest room. The old furnishings have been rearranged and selected pieces and accessories have been added. The style: young and masculine. The family: happy.

The future condominiums were gutted by the “Evoreal project development” and then extensively renovated and modernized.
