The architect Maurício Arrude decided to live in São Paulo, Brazil where he put his gift in interior design and his passion of colors in practice. He creates his own living space with the objective of being friendliness. The artist mentioned that he needed a place to receive his many friends and family coming from all parts of the Brazil and the world. He also mentioned how he managed all the resources already present in the house like the utilization of the parquet floors in other rooms or the wood drawers that he placed on the shelf.
“The house is like a laboratory for me”
Maurício is always looking for the best decoration, moving the place of furniture often, adding a new design item making him rethink the entire room. He only chooses placed design pieces that had a history behind, a personality or simply given by a friend. As we can see, in the Mister Arrude house, art and interior decoration is a happy wedding.
