After about 5 years of success, Janet Morais, the creative designer and founder of the design furniture company KOKET, decided the brand needed something to keep being allure and momentum growing. It became time to raise the bar within not only the collection but the company, encompassing all aspects of the brand. As so, the brand unveiled a new collection: Metal Rage.
Metal Rage was inspired by the resurgence of punk chic and shimmering sultry quality of metallics, capturing the exotic beauty of rebellion. Along with a punky color palette of black, cream and caramel, mixed with gleaming gold and bronze metals, KOKET is unveiling numerous new additions with the brand’s signature daring design aesthetic. The upholstery category will be joined by a new bench, sofa and two new chair designs. It is hard to miss the stylish radiance the glows around the Luna bench, and its striking, fully upholstered design completed by two crescent moons that serve as arms on either side of its long body.
The Sofia sofa will take your breath away with its glamorous take on mid-century modern design featuring an upholstered body capped by a golden base. Its two-seat, vintage shape is modernly revamped with plush curves being cupped by a lustrous, linear metal base.
The two chairs, Naomi and Nahema are the edgy modern sisters of the chair collection. Svelte lines and a feminine silhouette captures the less-is-more design of the Naomi chair. A plush upholstered seat is delicately framed by chicly lacquered mid-century modern legs stylishly capped in metal.
