Exhibitions that can bring emotion out of us is Ron Mueck new exhibition at Fondation Cartier in Paris.
This London based sculptor plays a little in size as he created some giant humans and smaller ones, making big impression on visitors. For this exhibition Ron Mueck created some new sculptures specifically to this event that started 16 April and will run through 29th September.
A new film recording their creation has been made for the occasion by Gautier Deblonde, as you can see below. His human figures are meticulously detailed, with surprising changes of scale that place them as far from academic realism as they are from pop art or hyperrealism.
The Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain is a unique example of corporate philanthropy in France. The foundation is house for many artistic productions just like the Ron Mueck one that is on at the moment.
