The custom kitchen was designed by Sandrine Teze-Limal. The designer place four jewel-like pendant lights called Briolette by Gabriel Scott and the Discus 4 hanging by Jamie Gray. Both were sourced from Triode Paris.
The living room features a custom carpet with geometric elements from Donghia and the custom curtains are Rubelli with trim by Houlès, fabricated by Delapartdefred. There are Scottie Stools by Pinto Paris and a bronze bust by Modigliani on a custom lacquer console by Laure Caye Decoration.
The guest bedroom is right off the kitchen and features custom bedding and upholstery in Hermès and Rubelli fabrics. The bookshelves are stacked with Paris-themed books and objects.
Both bathrooms, the main and the guest, are traditional in feel but modern. The lights, hidden in the moldings and baseboards, add ambiance and texture. The cupboard fronts were covered in a treated wallpaper from Arte.
Two smaller rooms above the apartment’s main floor allowed for additional space to create this library with amazing views. The wall-to-wall carpet is by Holland & Sherry and the Lana chair is created by Donghia.
