A veritable jewel casket where precious things are kept and guarded, Venetia Studium’s activities range from the exclusive production of the original Fortuny lamps to the creation of interior design items – cushions, tapestries, table runners, curtains – and clothing accessories – scarves, dresses and bags. Among the products that will be presented in Paris there are ICARO, ARMILLA 41, STUDIO 63.
Venice is the birthplace of Fortuny lamps and it is Venice which gives them their atmosphere and colours. It is the city itself with its ever changing reflections which inherits the legacy of the master and forges the colours of all Venetia Studium products.
Founded in 1984 by Lino Lando, today employs about 50 people. Headquarters are at Palazzo Zuccato, a charming 18th Century palace located in the heart of Venice, few steps away from S. Mark’s Square in some of the most elegant shopping areas around the world.
