Japanese master architect Shigeru Ban has won an international design competition to design “Cité Musicale,” a new mixed-use cultural center slated for Seguin Island in Boulogne-Billancourt, France. Located southwest of central Paris, the island project on the Seine river will be a new symbolic gateway to the capital.
