Trocadéro – Paris

In this gorgeous pied à Terre belonging to two globetrotting art collectors, interior designer Stéphanie Coutas plays with the signature Haussmannian style to create a chic yet cozy family home. Each room is uniquely styled, mixing contemporary art with luxury materials. The kitchen blends imperceptibly into the open-plan living room, with a suspended central island. The Versailles parquet flooring contrasts beautifully with the white marble entrance and extra-large mirror. The master bedroom boasts a 15 m long staff curtain pelmet allowing for the doors to be hidden. Dark grey flocked velvet wallpaper adorns wall panels that have been hand-molded and assembled. Silk carpet, custom-made pedestal table in galuchat cowhide, and sea green curtains in a variety of velvety tones and textures. The selection of luxury materials is further complemented by the green Antigua marble found in the bathroom. And last but not least, Stéphanie Coutas makes a final daring statement with the dressing room combining precious wood, brass, and mirrors.

 

Townhouse Saïd

A townhouse hid in a private, secure cul-de-sac in Paris’s 16th arrondissement. SC Edition completed the interior design and decoration of the 260 m2 of this 4-story residence with garden. The spirit is that of an English townhouse open to the exterior, in a uniquely calm, leafy setting in the heart of Paris. Elegant and soothing, the decor enhances the natural materials used to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere: raw, solid-wood, Versailles-style flooring, immaculate walls, and harmoniously geometric moldings and cornices reflecting the light. The whole is lifted by the dominant colors of each carefully selected decorative object and artwork.

 

 

Montaigne – Paris

The Paris collection’s latest addition is this apartment tucked away in Paris’s Golden Triangle district and brimming with high-end details: A luxury feels in the master suite, with a king-size walk-in closet leading from the bedroom to a bathroom designed in black and white marble.
The reception space is structured around a gold- and wood-toned palette, opening out onto seven windows that offer up spectacular views of the elegant Avenue Montaigne and the Seine.

 

Villa Athens

The new primary residence belonging to a busy businesswoman from one of Greece’s most affluent families. The villa’s majestic, sweeping spaces result in gorgeous natural light that floods the rooms, tempered by velvety fabrics and furniture selected in natural tones. The many designer pieces here were carefully picked to ensure each room was given its own signature aesthetic.

 

Townhouse – London

In London’s South Kensington district, the agency was commissioned by the townhouse’s art collector owner to create a new layout and interior design. A charming space with a typical London feels, striking a balance between modern art and family living.

 

Penthouse – Greece

Layout and interior design for a penthouse overlooking the Aegean Sea.
Seaside collection. For this fourth installment in her Seaside collection, Stephanie Coutas was inspired by the intense, typically Greek contrasts in the local landscape’s colors, creating a space with a summery feel: an array of different textures and a play on contrasts.

 

Raymond Poincaré – Paris

For this apartment in the 16th arrondissement in Paris, Stéphanie Coutas chose a selection of whites to showcase the owners’ collection of antiques, unfurling in an assortment of furniture, décor, and matte and glossy textures.

 

État-Unis – Paris

Prestige apartment of 360 m², Paris 16th in a Haussmann building close to Avenue Montaigne. Completely renovated in a contemporary and refined style, this superb project reflects all the know-how of the SC Edition agency. From the entrance gallery and its incredible white opal door, the entire reception area has been designed as a vibrant art gallery, allowing you to contemplate subtly associated works in absolute comfort. A vision of luxury and a French way of life, declined in each of the 4 rooms and bathroom, mixing luxurious details and choice of warm and elegant materials.

 

Saint-Tropez luxury villa

Interior design and decor in a stunning luxury villa with views over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. A boho-chic feel expressed with refinement and elegance in an indoor space opening out onto the natural world. Expert in high luxury, Stéphanie Coutas conjures up a new space that is a far cry from the bustle of Parisian living. A world crafted from natural materials embellished with new finishes: sculpted wood walls, brushed marble, raffia, and linen.
