The truth is that, the inspiration behind the home décor, mostly comes from the amazing projects presented by top interior designers, and their exceptional vision. Paris Design Agenda introduces you to some of the best french interior designers and their unbelievable projects.
In this project you can almost sense the minimalistic concept within, but with a few touches of luxury on it. François Champsaur invested pieces of furniture that show irregular shapes, and also in a predominance of lighter wood around it, but the large round mirror is the star of the room, along with a few details in bright colors such as the red and green.
2. Charles Zana
Charles Zana went on a direction where the white color was the key to bring this room to life, and he couldn’t be more right. Although there are some darker elements to contrast it, the major white elements stand out beautifully, giving the space much more light and also the fact that the room is able to feel bigger and broader, just through the design.
This is a very classical and sophisticated project, and the proof of that fact goes through the use of massive and luxurious chandeliers, exquisite tapestry and heavy, yet ostentatious armchairs that are spread through this space. Gilles & Boissier established a classic concept, where the elements are the base that supports the personality that the designers were trying to achieve.
The concept is obvious, abundance of light colors. Within this project, Gerard Faivre brought this space to life, with a major use of light blue and orange, almost evoking a summer feeling, establishing an ambience filled with tranquility and peace. Through these colors, he also achieved the luxury touch, through the irregular shaped and heavy armchairs, along with mirrored pieces, such as the majestic coffee table.
Pierre Yovanovitch is a design pioneer, specifically speaking about interior design. There’s an amazing balance between a Minimalistic and Mid-Century concept, through the use of irregular shaped chairs and table, along with the display of neutral tones, that are carried out beautifully in this room.
