The project is situated in the center of Muscat, in the area of Shatti Al Qurum.
The New Shatti al Qurum Hotel – Muscat, Oman to be operated by Mandarin Oriental, aims to deliver a 5-star seaside hotel experience for hospitality and mixed-use development composed of the following: Luxury Five Star Hotel, Serviced Apartments
Xavier Cartron was commissioned to Design and Supervise the Construction of more than 44,000 m² of Hotel and Apartments Areas within the Project Complex. The design intent was to feel at home with an Omani Touch to relate to the place.
The Project consists on the renovation of 4 Seaside Villas and Spa.
On a multi-hectare site located on the edge of the Red Sea and few kilometers from Tabuk in KSA.
Xavier Cartron Agency has been selected to design all the parts of this royal project representing a total area of about 6,340 m². Resort in a contemporary and refined Moroccan spirit.
The Zellige enhanced the marbles with light shades and the carved gypsum in the purest Moroccan tradition. Complemented by a skillful mix of contemporary and Syrian furniture as well as objects selected from the souks of Fez and Marrakesh.
The complex consists of a whole project that was designed in a resolutely contemporary style.

A challenging project, where the mission was to create an Identical Replica of Al Hambra Palace and Fortress complex of Granada, Andalusia, Spain. Xavier Cartron had the privilege to be part of this prestigious project’s development where the Agency was commissioned to Design and Supervise the Construction of more than 20,000 m² of VIP and Official Areas within the Palace Complex.
A challenging project that will never be repeated. The target was to create an Identical Replica of Al Hambra Palace and Fortress complex of Granada, Andalusia, Spain.
Xavier Cartron had the privilege to be part of this prestigious project’s development where the Agency was commissioned to Design and Supervise the Construction of more than 20,000 m² of VIP and Official Areas within the Palace Complex.
The project is situated in the middle of Riyadh City adjoining the “King Abdulaziz” International Conference Centre with a built-up area exceeding 213,000 m².
Xavier Cartron was commissioned to Design more than 36,000 m² of Public Spaces. The hotel was awarded the 2011 WORLD TRAVEL AWARD for the exceptional design and services offered by this luxury establishment. The Project is done in collaboration with Ms. Saudi Oger International the Main Design and Build Contractor for the Project.
The project is situated at the ‘Route du col de la Faucille’ with a built-up area exceeding 2,500 m2.
Xavier Cartron Agency’s scope was the Rehabilitation of the Boutique Hotel and a Complete reconstruction of the cottage that was built in the 1920s that will become a 4* facility for LA MAINAZ GROUPE. A Charming hotel at 1,250 meters above sea level, 35 minutes from Geneva. The most beautiful panoramic view in Europe is on Mont-Blanc and Lake Geneva.

The project is situated in the heart of Arcachon. Arcachon is a seaside resort town in southwest France with a heavenly atmosphere and spirit. Xavier Cartron Agency scope was the Rehabilitation of the Thalassotherapy that will become a 4* facility for GROUPE BOISSEE FINANCES – ACCOR. The theme of the Interior Design is inspired by the sea resort atmosphere.
The harmony of materials and colors is a mix between the forest pines and the beachfront.
